AskGuru in LiveChat support assistant

1. After the installation, open the application in the Chat interface sidebar
2. The application will pick up current chat and insert customer's last message in the question field. Feel free to alter it or ask some other question!
3. Hit the "Get answer" button. You will almost instantly see chats and resources relevant to the query. These pieces of information were among the most useful for the model to find the answer, so, if you need any additional information or context – these are the best place to dive in! After a moment, the answer will start to appear word by word so that you can start validating it straight away!
4. Allow a little time for answer to be fully generated. Click on the generated answer to copy it to clipboard. You can paste it to chat, make optional amendments, and straight send to the customer!
5. If you have time, make sure to like or dislike the provided answer and sources. Your feedback will let us make our models even better!
